On Monday 7 March 2022, our office colleague Lidewij Bergsma gave a lecture on (the relationship between) medical criminal law and medical disciplinary law to the honours students of the Utrecht Law College Tilia.
Lidewij wrote the book ‘Suspect doctors’https://www.celsusboeken.nl/product/verdachte-artsen/. This lecture, part of the health law module, also fitted in well with our practical experience in this (legal) area.
