Supreme Court ruling on complaint against seizure based on a European Investigation Order (EIO)
In a cassation case brought by Linda van der Hut concerning the recognition of a European Investigation Order (EIO), the Supreme Court ruled that the law does not require the public prosecutor to put the recognition of an EIO in writing (in a specific form). Nor does such an obligation arise from Directive 2014/41/EU.
