About Zeping Rouw
Zeping provides legal representation to legal entities and individuals in tax and financial-economic criminal cases. In addition, she advises companies, directors, shareholders, and employees in the context of criminal or tax law proceedings. She also handles cases involving police law, in which she assists police officers with investigations and any resulting criminal proceedings. Finally, she also represents individuals in general criminal cases.
Education and career
Before Zeping began studying law, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, driven by her interest in human behavior. In 2025, she graduated from Erasmus University with a master’s degree in Criminal Law. In addition, she completed the “Toga aan de Maas” master’s program, a track in which two master’s degrees are earned within a year and a half.
She completed the Toga Master’s program cum laude in 2026. The Toga Master’s program is designed to provide a broader perspective on various areas of law, including civil law and administrative law. The program has a strong practical focus and addresses the legal status of attorneys within the rule of law.
Prior to her swearing-in, Zeping worked at our firm for one year as a working student. She also completed valuable internships at other law firms.
