Thomas Lindsen

Thomas has provides legal assistance to legal entities and natural persons in financial and economic criminal cases, particularly fraud and environmental criminal cases. He advises companies, directors, shareholders, and employees and assists them in criminal proceedings. Thomas also assists individuals in regular criminal cases and criminal cases relating to traffic law and the Opium Act. He has been working at Sjöcrona van Stigt since April 2025 and is based at the Rotterdam office.

Thomas graduated magna cum laude from the University of Amsterdam in 2024, specializing in criminal law. During his studies, he gained valuable practical experience through internships in criminal law and the judiciary. Thomas is also a published author in the professional journal Ars Aequi. He has furthermore served as chairman of the Amsterdam criminal law association M.P. Vrij. Prior to his admission to the bar, Thomas worked as a paralegal at our firm.
