On March 13, 2025, Caroline de Sitter and Linda van der Hut updated a group of enthusiastic civil-law notaries and candidate civil-law notaries on the latest developments regarding the right to refuse to give evidence (in notarial matters) at a course held at the beautiful Hotel Halbert in Groningen.
